Ali Yavar Jung National Institute for the Hearing Handicapped (AYJNIHH), Eastern Regional Centre (AYJNIHH, ERC) is an apex autonomous body under Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disability, Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Govt. of India, working in the field of hearing impairment and providing manpower development, clinical services, dissemination of information and conducting research activities for the welfare of persons with hearing and speech impairment. AYJNIHH, ERC, Kolkata introduced Disability Information Line ( DIL ) Program since 2008. Now it includes the information of State of Bihar and Sikkim.
