The Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act 2016 has come into force with its publication by the Union Ministry of Law and Justice in the gazette on 28 December, 2016. I am a handicap person/ex-employee I am retired in March2024 with 50% disability. So, tell me what the provision is extension for his/her service
There is no such special provision in the RPD Act, as far as I know. Please consult a lawyer for advice on this matter.
