Documentary on Blind Persons’ Association

A documentary on Blind Persons’ Association was released today on the occasion of Helen Keller’s 138th birth anniversary at the auditorium of Indian Institute of Chemical Engineers at Jadabpur, Kolkata. This documentary focuses on the activities of the organisation over decades for the welfare of the blind people in West Bengal with particular spotlight on its three blind schools and a Braille press. Members and volunteers of the organisation presented their performances showing respect to Helen Keller before the show of the documentary.

Among the distinguished guests present at the function were author Shri Tamal Bandyopadhyay, advocate Shri Partha Sarathi Sengupta and Professor Suparna Bhattacharya.
