Applications are invited for Kamalendu Bhattacharya Memorial Scholarship for the year 2016-17 from successful visually challenged candidates who have passed Madhyamik (Secondary) Pariksa in West Bengal in 2016. Willing candidates are requested to send their application with the following:

1. Application with biodata, forwarded by the head of the institution
2. Copies of marks sheet of the Secondary Examination,
3. Disability certificate and
4. Income certificate.
