We have prepared a Daisy version of Rights of Persons with Disabilities Rules, 2017 which contains the entire English portion in text and synchronised computer-generated audio. It will be supported by Daisy players and devices.

We regret that the forms could not be made adequately intelligible using the mechanical audio voice. Interested users may find the forms in the electronic copies of these rules on the web site of Department of Disability Affairs from where we have collected the original book.

You may download a Daisy version of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 from our web site. A Braille edition of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 is also available from our Braille press. We are now working on the Braille version of the Rules which we hope to bring out very soon. There we shall try to give a better representation of the forms in Braille.
