The Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act 2016 has come into force with its publication by the Union Ministry of Law and Justice in the gazette on 28 December, 2016. You may download a copy of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 here in pdf format. We are planning to bring out a Braille copy soon.     I am a handicap person/ex-employee I am retired in March2024 with 50% disability. So, tell me what the provision is extension for his/her service

      There is no such special provision in the RPD Act, as far as I know. Please consult a lawyer for advice on this matter.
